9 to 5

  • 1. Provide an overview of the individual on-job training process. 
  • The first thing was the new girl  have never had a job before, she really is a fast learner when she got used to it.
  • 2. Explain steps that are important in the four-step individual (on-job) training method:
      All of the three girls did work as a team while the boss wasn't around the office. Also the new girl did poorly at the copy machine however she did manage to get things in order with enough practice. Once the other girl who trained the new girl she did follow-up the work policy and coaching the new girl any way she can. She even stands up to her ex -  husband.
  • 3. Explain additional on-job training approaches. 
  • They added some help for the people who is an alcoholic also for parents who can't hire a babysitter   
  • 4. Provide an overview of the group training process. The group who help alcoholic people really changes lives, this girl who drinking on the job have really stop drinking thanks to the program they've just added.
  • 5. Review specific procedures to prepare for group training: If they needed the help the company is willing to help, if not then they don't need to be in the program.
  • 6. Discuss procedures to facilitate group training: I think it the program is really working fine, it changes lives for the better.
  • 7. Discuss the training evaluation process: Once the head boss came in and review the progress of his business he like what he see's and thought the boss over there doing all the work. However it was the three girls who did the work and it was funny he didn't know the program and thinks he can be slick of lying to the head boss.
